I missed the event so great to catch up via this blog. I have lots of thoughts and questions but I'll just share one for now. A key theme running through this for me is how communities are working/contributing across the whole process. I'm wondering how they might be compensated for this work, including financially. I can begin to imagine how this might work in terms of co-ownership but are you looking at models that include financial compensation for communities at all stages? If they are equal partners, do they recieve equal pay? Thank you for sharing.
